Acceptance of Terms
  • By accessing and using FruitExpress India, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service

  • Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms
User Accounts & Roles
  • You must create an account to use our services (Customer, Farmer, Delivery Partner, Hub Manager, or Admin)
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • One person may not create multiple accounts
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms
Orders & Payments
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
  • We accept payments through authorized payment gateways
  • Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order value
  • Cancellation policies vary based on order status - contact support for assistance
Delivery Terms
  • We strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe (24-48 hours)
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address
  • Cold chain monitoring ensures fruit quality during transit
  • Failed deliveries may result in additional charges for redelivery
Refunds & Returns
  • Fresh fruits are perishable - report quality issues within 24 hours of delivery
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
  • Product images are for reference only - actual products may vary slightly
  • We do not accept returns of consumed or partially used products
  • Refunds are subject to verification and approval by our team
Prohibited Activities
  • Do not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Do not interfere with the security or proper functioning of the platform
  • Do not submit false or misleading information
  • Do not harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team members
  • Do not attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our platform
Limitation of Liability
  • FruitExpress is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or food sensitivities
  • Maximum liability is limited to the value of your order
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Users must comply with local laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
  • All content, logos, and trademarks on FruitExpress are our property
  • You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
  • User-generated content may be used by us for promotional purposes
  • You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FruitExpress will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
